Weekly Reflection & Prayer
Participate in mystical practice - a shared present moment experience.
Reflect on a passage where each word is a doorway to the Christos’ fresh wisdom.
Join us in community - live or by recording - together in prayer, with and for each other.
Receive a weekly Monday email and Zoom link. with Alexander John’s translation of the coming Sunday Gospel passage, along with an audio file of his reading the text and brief reflection. You also receive a link to our Wednesday online Reflection & Prayer Hour. This is accessible both live and by recording.

A Heart and Mind Circle is a two-year process of spiritual formation that uses the four gospels / four paths to support an individual or community’s journey of growth and transformation. One might also call this a rite of passage.
