You will receive a confirmation email within minutes after signing up for one of our offerings.
If it hasn't appeared in your email inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder (using the email account you used to sign up with). If you see our email confirmation in there, please add hello@quadratos.org to your safe senders list to make sure you will receive emails from us in future.
The next most common reason is a typo in the email account used to sign up - please contact us either by using the contact form at the bottom of this page, or by emailing hello@quadratos.org
I've forgotten my password:
Go to SIGN IN on the top right corner of this page.
Click “Forgot Password?”
Enter your email to receive a reset link.
Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.
Use the Contact Form at the bottom of this page if you have forgotten which email you used to sign up.
I get the message 'Incorrect login details'
You may have used a different email address to sign-up.
To test if your email is on our system, click 'Forgot Password' and enter your email to receive a reset link.
If you see the message 'We cannot find a user with that email address', please contact us either by using the contact form at the bottom of this page, or by emailing hello@quadratos.org
When you Sign In to the Quadratos Learning Platform (learning4.quadratos.org) your profile icon (My Profile) will appear in the upper right corner or the menu bar (if you have not yet added an image to your account, then an empty head and shoulders image will be displayed instead).
To access your personal account details:
Click My Profile > My Account.
Here you can view and update your profile information, change your password, manage email notifications, and handle billing information like credit card details.
To download invoices for your purchases:
Click My Profile > My Account > Billing > Billing History.

To change your password:
Click My Profile > My Account. Click the Password tab above your Profile details.
If you have forgotten your password:
Use the password reset link: learning4.quadratos.org/password/reset
We would be sorry to see you go, but if you wish to unsubscribe from our Quadratos.org mailing list, you can use the unsubscribe link that appears at the bottom of the emails we send you.
To unsubscribe from learning4.quadratos.org or to edit your email preferences in order to unsubscribe from specific types of emails:
Click My Profile > My Account > Email Preferences
Unselect the emails you no longer with to receive then click 'Update My Preferences'
You can re-visit this preferences page anytime if you change your mind.
You should stop receiving the emails you opted out of right away. If you continue to receive emails after unsubscribing, please contact us either by using the contact form at the bottom of this page, or by emailing hello@quadratos.org
Once you register for any of our offerings on the Quadratos Learning Platform, you become 'a student' of this platform and you can manage your billing information including subscription cancellations through your account settings.
When you Sign In to the Platform your profile icon (My Profile) will appear in the upper right corner or the menu bar (if you have not yet added an image to your account, then an empty head and shoulders image will be displayed instead).
To cancel your subscription:
Click My Profile > My Account > Billing
In 'Billing', you can add or change your credit card information and handle subscription management .
After cancellation:
Once your subscription is cancelled, you will be automatically unenrolled from the course when the subscription period ends. The system will unenroll you from the course after the cancellation is processed.
