The Four-Gospel Journey Program is designed for any group or community interested in a fresh ancient way of engaging the four-gospels as the four-paths of life.
Facilitators bring this program to their groups and communities helping to illustrate how each gospel answers one of life's four great questions:
Matthew - How do we face change?
Mark - How do we move through suffering?
John - How do we receive joy?
Luke - How do we mature in service?

There is profound wisdom in the four Christian gospels of Matthew, Mark, John, and Luke– a vital but forgotten wisdom.
The preparation resources are FREE, but it is necessary to have these
Pre-requisite skills:
- You are at ease with contemplative practice
- You have read at least the first three chapters of Heart and Mind/Radical Transformation
- You have desire to deepen in the Quadratos paradigm
- You are able to hold a free and safe space for participants throughout the program
Bronwyn Thoroughgood
Bronwyn lives in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. She has been a convenor of Heart and Mind Circles since 2023, having completed a Circle as a pilgrim. Bronwyn is a qualified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher who studied under Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. In 2021, Bronwyn retired from full-time employment as a school principal for students with mental health disorders. She values her well-being and is committed to providing different forums for people to grow spiritually.
