This study is based on Alexander John Shaia's seminal book:
Heart and Mind: The Four-Gospel Journey for Radical Transformation
Selections from the book are short passages to be read before each gathering.

The program is comprised of 11 gatherings. Each gathering is about an hour and 15 minutes long take place on the stated day and time and continue on that day and time for the entire program.
There is an optional 12th session with Alexander John. Its day and time may vary.

Four Gospel Journey Facilitator, I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania, USA. I have been connected with Quadratos since 2018 when I experienced my first Heart and Mind Community Group. Living with my wife and two teenage children, I enjoy being outdoors, and playing card games, and running.
