This study is based on Alexander John Shaia's seminal book:
Heart and Mind: The Four-Gospel Journey for Radical Transformation
Selections from the book are short passages to be read before each gathering.

The program is comprised of 11 gatherings. Each gathering is about an hour and 15 minutes long take place on the stated day and time and continue on that day and time for the entire program.
There is an optional 12th session with Alexander John. Its day and time may vary.

Bronwyn Thoroughgood
Bronwyn lives in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. She has been a convenor of Heart and Mind Circles since 2023, having completed a Circle as a pilgrim. Bronwyn is a qualified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher who studied under Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. In 2021, Bronwyn retired from full-time employment as a school principal for students with mental health disorders. She values her well-being and is committed to providing different forums for people to grow spiritually.
